Exciting conversations in South Africa

 In the continuing search for partners I met Ismail Mahomed from the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown who suggested I put the project on the South Africa website www.artslink.co.za.

This has brought a range of exciting artists into the Biding Time discussion with several producers interested in developing local shows. I am also in talks with a wonderful woman in Kenya who works tirelessly, using drama to raise awareness in the community. 

I am full of wonder and awe at the rich, diverse and colourful array of arts and theatre workers. We seem to be united in our desire to bring people together and transform their experiences. I am learning about the world in ways I never imagined and despite the grey winter skies in Kent, England, I am full of gratitude for the opportunity to reach out and share ideas across the world.
