Getting ready to Make Time

Its early, 4am and still have some packing to do. We are off to the Mayors Thames Festival to encourage passers by to Make Time for themselves and people they care about. Process and intention are very important parts of the BiDiNG TiME project and asking people to make some time and think about how they currently spend their time is essential. We all seen to be rushing about. There are not enough hours in the day. Perhaps stopping, or at least hitting the pause button and having a look around is a good idea. There are always other choices and seeing that elderly relative you feel you have neglected, going to that evening course to learn a new skill or having a party with new friends could be a positive change. I'll let you know how we get on.
