Original collaborators revision the unfinished text after 25 years

After a 25year hiatus, Pippa Bailey and Sarah Butler revisit the BiDiNG TiME project together. The ambition is to produce an updated text that put the Climate Emergency and exploration of systems at the forefront of a new Australian version of the unfinished text.

As Executive Director at Shark Island Kangaroo Valley,and a theatre maker, as well as co-founder and Artistic Director of The ARTSLAB – a program of new films, music, theatre and conversations, that runs through the year in the valley, Sarah brings a wealth of experience of developng and structuring film and theatre. Pippa has long experience as a producer and strategic consultant.

The pair originally conceived the show wth Wednesday Kennedy in 1988, developed it with Brianne Cuthbert (replacing Kennedy) in 1991 and toured it to Adelaide Fringe in 1992. Pippa Bailey led project development for BDiNG TiMEbetween 2006 and 2014 which saw many developments in UK, South Korea, Lebanon, Amsterdam and Australia and five productions in Glasgow, London, Tonbridge and Adelaide.
